If you choose to hire the candidate direct, there is a one time placement fee.
If you choose contract to hire, the candidate will be on Troy Tech's payroll and benefits for a 6 month period. You will be invoiced the candidate's hourly rate, plus a percentage, based on the supply and demand of the current market. After the 6 month period, you can hire the candidate directly onto your payroll with no additional fee. If you choose temporary placement, the candidate will be contracted to your company for the amount of time that you require. During that time, the candidate will be on Troy Tech's payroll and benefits. You will be invoiced the candidate's hourly rate, plus a percentage, based on the supply and demand of the current market.
